Video annotation

How to annotate

Split every video into segments and give each segment two labels: a structure and an eyeside. The whole video must be covered before you can submit.

  1. Watch the video and add a cut wherever the content changes (Split here). Drag a cut to adjust it.
  2. Label each segment with the structure being examined. If you cannot tell which structure it is, use Unclear.
  3. Also set the eyeside that is examined in each segment: OS (left eye), OD (right eye) or Unclear.
  4. Label unusable parts as Non-relevant: blurry, too dark or overexposed footage, parts without a real object, and anything else clearly irrelevant.
  5. Non-relevant parts shorter than 2 seconds do not need their own segment.
  6. Click Submit to save the video and get the next one. Closing the page loses unsubmitted work.
